Optionally Hide/Garble Contributor Name

it should be possible to hide the voter name from any other voter viewing the board (not the admin/moderators of the board). This is to prevent competitors from identifying our customers by name or firm name, which are often the same for lawyers.

Give the contributor the option to hide their name. This might encourage some people to contribute who would otherwise not want their name seen.
