Force or encourage email address on upvotes and comments

Many of our upvoters don't leave their email address. I know this reduces friction, but it would be really useful if they did so we could contact them to take part in user research. It would be good if it were possible to configure our board so that email addresses are either mandatory for upvoters, or strongly encouraged (maybe it could be possible to customise the wording on the "enter your email address" pop-up for upvotes and on the email field for comments).

I would favor this feature as well as a middle ground between no email at all and enforcing SSO.
Please add an option to enforce email with a sup-option which "enforces" business emails (e.g. blocks gmail, outlook, yahoo, ....). This makes the feedback we receive higher value.
And make the email mandatory for requests, comments and votes please
