Pinning suggestions is great; even better would be to have the same functionality for comments.

In particular, when I've changed a suggestion's status to "Done", I like to add an "admin" comment explaining exactly what we've done. Ideally I'd be able to pin this comment to the top of the comments.

This would definitely be useful, and hopefully not too complicated to implement.

I would love this feature! In fact I am currently evaluating feature upvote for our company and this was one of our "should be" requirements we collected upfront.
So a big +1
