I was curious if this is still being considered, as the request is a year old. Our company regularly uses Zendesk for all ticket handling, and would love to see this integration to create Feature Requests that could be tracked by Zendesk tickets w/incidents.
We're definitely considering this. At the time of writing, the suggestion has had few votes though. Quite surprising, seeing how popular Zendesk is.
