Feature Upvote User Suggestions
Internally be able to upvote features for customers when you are on the phone or in chat with them.
This would be very helpful for our own team here at Feature Upvote.
We have been collecting feature requests for some time through email, forums, twitter, intercom.io, and other channels. We are going to import those features, but we would really like to be able to set their starting vote count based off of what we've gathered. Otherwise we must ask our customers to re-cast their vote (as it were) even though they already gave us their feedback.
As of today, when viewing a suggestion, moderators see a new "Voting options" button. This gives access to the "Voting on behalf of customer" functionality.
