Add "Random" Option for Sorting

When many features end up being proposed, there are multiple pages and the first ones tend to get more attention which can create an unrealistic weighting of users' opinions. Sorting the results randomly upon page load as a default option would ensure all features are getting a fair chance at gaining traction.

This would help us quite a lot with a board with more than 700 entries now.
As part of this, setting a default option would be required.
