Show a mixture of top suggestions and new suggestions

People see the top suggestions by default, and hence are more likely to give them more votes. New questions can languish at the bottom of the list.

We could add a new view of suggestions which shows the top suggestions intermingled with the newest suggestion or two.

Maybe implement a "Hot" filter, which flags the suggestions with the most votes the last 30 days (?). This allows newer suggestions to get some attention, especially if this view is the default

Thank you for implementing this feature. Our community had some discussions around the default view, which are now obsolete.
