Search suggestion by user name, public list of contributions

Allow searching suggestion (and maybe comments) by contributor's user name or email.
I'm moderating a board with almost 7,000 suggestions made overall, it's sometimes hard to find your own topic, saying nothing about other users. Even knowing exact name, as moderator I have problems because to see contribution list I first need to find any other post made by that person with same name used.
Contribution list also should be possible to make public (maybe on individual's own discretion) for approved suggestions and comments.
