Allow end-users to select the language they prefer to see

Allow localization by end-user.

Currently only an admin can change the displayed language and all users see the same language. There should be an option to end-users to change the language they see in a featureupvote page.

This will allow all users of a product with multiple languages to make suggestions in the same fetureupvote page.

A simple language selector on the front-end that will allow the user to select his language would suffice.

This is a good suggestion, and something we've been thinking about. The problem we haven't yet solved is that the suggestions themselves will end up in a mix of languages.
