Anonymous comments on suggestions

Add the ability for admins to disable the ability to let customers leave their name, or any name. Enable true anonymous feedback.

We still need people to enter their name and email to help with our spam detection system, but you can now hide the contributor's name from other users.

To do so, in your Feature Upvote dashboard, go to Settings ➡️ "Permissions" and set "View names of contributors" to "Moderators only" or "No-one".
