Allow multiple filters to be set in dashboard for easier sorting

Allow the list to be filterable by more than one column at once, especially since once a change is made, the order of the list changes.
Example use case:
Trying to find all low upvote entries posted in the previous year or older and either delete or merge them with more relevant topics.
It's frustrating when you're 15 pages into looking for these old things and flip back to the second page to realize that there's topics that meet the search criteria but are now scattered through pages I thought were clear
