Prevent commenting on 'done' suggestions

Similar to the new 'allow voting' permission on each status, could there also be an 'allow commenting' permission that could be turned off for each status.
Sometime we find people comment or try and bring something back up in something that is done or marked won't do and it would be great if we could prevent that as well.
