When suggestions are merged, add the merged comments to the end

Currently, when threads are merged the posts are sorted by date and interlaced with the thread being merged into. If 2 similarly-aged threads are merged with several comments, or an old thread is merged into a new thread, it becomes difficult to track who was talking to who.
